Fine Living Contest Pulls 2M Entries

Scripps Networks' Fine Living announced Tuesday that its recent "Summer Beach
House Giveaway" generated nearly 2 million entries.

More precisely, the network's senior vice president of marketing, Robyn
Miller, said the contest, July 1-Aug. 15, pulled 1.96 million entrants eager to
win the grand prize, a two-week family vacation in a house off the coast of
Maine.

Two more Fine Living sweepstakes are ahead, Miller said -- the "Winter
Wonderland" sweeps and the annual "Winemaker for a Day Sweepstakes."

Scripps' Home & Garden Television had announced Monday that its own
"Outdoor Oasis Sweepstakes" had amassed 1.89 million entries.
