Scripps Networks said Friday that Time Warner Cable will add Fine Living to
its digital-television service in the New York metropolitan area, as well as six
counties in the Mid-Hudson Region, Sept. 24.
The agreement will add more than 500,000 digital viewers in the New York DMA
to the fledgling network's subscriber count.
The deal also expands carriage for Fine Living's sister network, Do It
Yourself. DIY has already launched in the upstate counties served by Time
Warner, and it will be available in New York on the MSO's digital tier next
year, Scripps said.
