Denver -- High Speed Access Corp. nailed five MSO
agreements last week for its turnkey high-speed-data service.
The deals represent more than 80,500 homes passed in
Georgia, Kentucky, California and Illinois.
Specifically, HSA was selected by Covington Cable TV and
Vista Broadband Communications in Georgia; Ultronics in California; Irvine Community
Television in Kentucky; and Western Cable Communications in Illinois.
Launch dates for all five MSOs will occur early next year,
HSA executives said.
The operators will use Com21 Inc.'s cable-modem technology.
