Food Signs Agency, Preps Redesign

Food Network has an estimated $1 million on-air redesign under way, industry
sources said.

In addition, the programmer has chosen New York-based Margeotes Fertitta +
Partners as the ad agency on its estimated $5 million-plus account. It replaces
Grey Global Group's GWhiz.Entertainment.

A Food spokeswoman confirmed the agency change but offered no comment on the
redesign by press time.
