Ex-Home Box Office director of print services Michele Komack pleaded guilty to charges of bid-rigging, conspiracy and filing false tax returns, Bloomberg reported Wednesday.
Komack admitted to receiving $439,000 in kickbacks, the Department of Justice said Tuesday.
Englewood, N.J.-based Westbury Press and its owner and president, Sanford Zenker, admitted paying kickbacks to Komack in exchange for contracts, Bloomberg said.
They both face up to five years in prison on the conspiracy convictions, Bloomberg added.
