Fourth Season Of Gospel Dream Locks Up On-Air Talent

Michelle Williams and Kimberly Locke are on board for the fourth season of Gospel Music Channel's Gospel Dream competition show.

Destiny's Child member Williams will join Stellar Award winner J. Moss and industry executive Mitchell Solarek as the judges for Gospel Dream, Gospel Music Channel's American Idol-style competition series, whose fourth season bows on the network on June 24 at 10 p.m. (ET).
Locke, the first American Idol alumnae to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard charts with a non-Idol single, will serve as co-host with Mike Kasem (MTV's Top 20 Video Countdown, American Top 10).
In addition, two major musical artists will serve as surprise coaches during the show's fourth season, which bears "The Greatest Inspirational Songs of All Time" theme.
Gospel Dream talent scouts combed the country this spring, auditioned thousands and decided upon 37 contestants, who will pursue their dream of a musical career in front of a national television audience.
Solo artists between the ages of 16 and 40, from all genres of gospel/Christian music styles, including traditional, rock, pop, country and soul, will compete, with 10 finalists and one winner chosen. The winning artist will receive record and music video exposure, among other prizes.
