Fox Deportes Airs First Fight Under Golden Boy Promotions Partnership

Golden Boy Promotions, owned by former boxing champion Oscar
de la Hoya, has signed a multiyear deal with Fox Deportes to air originally
produced boxing events in both Mexico and the U.S. The deal, whose financials
were not disclosed, includes one originally produced boxing event per month
from the U.S. which will air on Fox Sports Net along with live boxing events
from cities throughout Mexico.

The first event to air under this partnership was the May 4
fight between Daniel Ponce de Leon and Eduardo Lazcano for the WBC USNBC Super
Featherweight title, which aired live from Las Vegas on Fox Deportes.

Also as part of the partnership, Fox Deportes will broadcast
classic fights from Golden Boy Promotions' extensive library.

"We are excited about our new partnership with Fox
Deportes," Oscar de la Hoya, president of Golden Boy Promotions, said in a
prepared statement. "This is another step in ensuring that fight fans around
the world don't miss out on any of the great boxing action we present, both in
the U.S. and Mexico."
