Fox News Replaces Morning Anchor

Fox News Channel is replacing Fox and Friends morning-show co-anchor E.D. Hill with former CBS anchor Gretchen Carlson.

The network said Friday that Hill will join the team of its Fox News Live program, which runs from 10 a.m.-noon (EST).

Carlson, who joined Fox News in June 2005, worked previously as a co-anchor of the Saturday CBS Early Show. She was also crowned Miss America in 1989 before beginning her career in TV news.

The changes will take effect Monday.
