Fox Reality Gears Up For Fourth Season Of 'American Idol Extra'

The fourth season of American Idol Extra is a go on Fox Reality Channel.
From American Idol producers FremantleMedia North America and 19 Entertainment, the original series, which gives viewers the first in-depth interview each week from the competition show's top 10 finalists, is to set to premiere on March 26 at 7 p.m., followed by an encore at 10 p.m. There will also be sneak peeks every Wednesday at 10 p.m. and 1 a.m.
New host Jillian Reynolds (Fox NFL Sunday, Good Day LA) joins the series, along with new co-host and former Idol finalist Ace Young (season 5). In addition, a familiar face, former Idol contestant Constantine Maroulis (season 4), returns as a special field correspondent.

"American Idol has become a cornerstone of American pop-culture and we are proud to be the exclusive cable and satellite network to broadcast straight from the Idol stage."
