The National Basketball Association’s Milwaukee Bucks signed a long-term renewal with FSN North that gives the regional sports network exclusive local rights to the team’s games.
The agreement, taking effect in the 2007-08 season, increases the number of Bucks games on FSN to at least 70 from 40 and marks the first time no Bucks games will be seen on local broadcast outlets, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported. FSN North also gets all first-round and selected second-round playoff games.
The Bucks are 9-13 so far this year.
FSN North also will air pregame and postgame shows, and the network is bringing back longtime announcing duo Jim Paschke and Jon McGlocklin.
