fuboTV has teamed with Roku on a promo that offers a free month of the sports-focused OTT TV service to consumers who buy and activate a new Roku streaming player or integrated Roku TV.
The promo, offered on Amazon and retail outlets such as Walmart, Target and Best Buy, runs through July 8, and represents a $44.99 value, they said.
fuboTV’s baseline service includes a cloud DVR component and two simultaneous streams. Users can buy upgrades for a premium cloud DVR service and access to an additional stream under its “Family Share” add-on.

fuboTV, which recently closed a $75 million “D” round, announced last fall that it had more than 100,000 subscribers, but has not announced a sub update since.
