Returns Eyed For Fuse’s ‘Insane Clown Posse Theater,’ Ovation’s ‘The Art Of’

Fuse has ordered a second season of music show Insane Clown Posse Theater and Ovation greenlit a second season of artist-profile series The Art Of.

The next season of Insane Clown Posse Theater will feature 10 new half-hour episodes and is set to begin production immediately. The season-one finale of will premiere tonight, Wednesday, Sept. 11, at 11 p.m. ET on Fuse.

Insane Clown Posse Theaterfeatures Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope’s twisted take on what’s new in music and popular culture. The hosts view a mix of music videos and viral clips and provide uninhibited commentary. Guests invited to the show in the first season included Vanilla Ice, Coolio, Gilbert Gottfried, Jim Norton and Tom Green. Insane Clown Posse Theater is produced by Fuse studios. 

Ovation’s The Art Of, produced by Ovation Studios, premiered in July; the show will return this fall with six new episodes featuring an eclectic roster of art-centric topics and characters. Season two kicks off Wednesday, Oct. 30 at 10 p.m. ET on Ovation.

The weekly half-hour series profiles three artists who are creating boundary-pushing work in media that are not part of the traditional definition of “art.” The first season explored art forms such as graffiti, tattoo, hip-hop, sushi, sneakers, animation and mixology. Ovation said the season drew more than 2 million households as viewers, collectively.
