F&V Establishes Distribution Arm

Faith & Values Media, which produces programming that appears on Hallmark
Channel, has tapped Madeline McEneney to head a new venture aimed at broadening
its distribution base.

McEneney -- most recently a co-producer and director of development for
interactive company Terra Associates Inc., whose resume includes work for Disney
Channel and Home Box Office -- will lead F&V's new sales and licensing
department, which aspires to secure distribution relationships in the broadcast,
cable, satellite, video and education markets.

'We believe there is a significant untapped market out there for high-quality
faith-based programming. This new venture is designed to put Faith & Values
Media in a leadership position in distributing these programs to broad range of
new viewers,' president and CEO Edward Murray said in a prepared statement.

F&V produces such nondenominational fare as New Morning,
America at Worship, Sowing Seeds, True North and The
World of Faith & Values
for Hallmark.

F&V is a service of the National Interfaith Cable Coalition Inc., and
that group's 31 members represent 71 faith groups with 200,000 congregations and
120 million members.

Hallmark is owned and operated by Crown Media Holdings Inc. VISN Management
Corp., a for-profit subsidiary of NICC, is among the investors in
Crown.
