The 2004-05 National Hockey League season is alive and well on G4techTV.
The Comcast Corp.-owned “games, gear and gadgets” network will play the locked-out league’s entire 1,230-game season, via video games, of course.
Highlights, scores and stats will air daily on G4techTV’s sports program, Sweat, starting Oct. 13 at 10 p.m. (EST).
“Millions of die-hard hockey fans on both sides of the border are upset," G4techTV CEO Charles Hirschhorn said in a prepared statement. "Until the lockout ends, G4techTV will be there.”
