Emmys 2018: 'Game Of Thrones' Reclaims Emmy for Best Drama Series

HBO's The Game Of Thrones has reclaimed its crown as the best drama on television, winning the Emmy for best drama series.

The fantasy series, which won the best drama Emmy in 2015 and 2016 before being declared ineligible for the award in 2017, beat out Netflix's Stranger Things and The Crown, FX's The Americans, Hulu's The Handmaid's Tale, NBC's This Is Us and HBO's Westworld for top honors during NBC's live Emmy telecast.  

Overall Game Of Thrones won nine combined Primetime and Creative Emmys, the most of any TV or streaming show, according to the TV Academy.
