Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc., which faces a possible NASDAQ delisting
for failing to file SEC reports, said the exchange told the IPG vendor it can
keep its listing if it meets certain conditions.
Gemstar must file its 10-Q for the quarter ended Sept. 30 by Nov. 19, and
must file its '02 annual report by March 31.
Gemstar, which also plans to restate earnings dating back to '99, must file
with the SEC and NASDAQ all amended filings for fiscal 2000-02 by March 3.
The company also has until June 30 to solicit proxies and hold an annual
