Golf Channel Interviews President Clinton At Presidents Cup Today


A former president will weigh in on his game and other topics during Golf Channel's Live From The Presidents Cup coverage today at 3:30 p.m. (ET).
Golf Channel's Jim Gray sat down with former President Bill Clinton on Tuesday for a one-on-one interview that will air in three, 10-minute segments. During the conversation, Clinton spoke about the history of golf at the White House; the current state of his game; the sport's current economic climate; Tiger Woods's influence on an off the course; golf's place at the 2016 Olympics; his relationship with Arnold Palmer; and his dream foursome on the golf course.
Live From The Presidents Cup also will cover the live announcement of Thursday's foursomes matches today at approximately 3:45 p.m. At 7 p.m., Kelly Tilghman and Brandel Chamblee will host the network's coverage of the opening ceremonies live from Harding Park Golf Course.
All told, Golf Channel will present 30 hours of coverage, including 11 devoted to live tourney action. from the competition between a U.S. team and competitors from around the globe (sans Europe).
