GolTV Nets La Liga TV Rights Extension

GolTV will remain the U.S. home for Spain's top soccer circuit, La Liga, through 2012.
The bilingual, futbol network inked a three-year rights extension pact with La Liga giving it TV rights for the U.S. and Canada. Gol's current contract with La Liga expires at the conclusion of the current campaign. Gol has held TV rights to La Liga since 2003
The new agreement, terms of which were not disclosed, also gives the network four original shows offering in-depth coverage of the league's 20 teams, including internationally renowned clubs FC Barcelona and Real Madrid.
