Game Show Network will bridge Thursday afternoons and evenings this fall with
video-game programming originating near London Bridge.

Two ongoing series from England-based Gamer.tv Ltd. will appear from 5 p.m.-7
p.m. EST Thursdays on GSN. Together, the block marks GSN's first effort to cover
the video-game world on an ongoing basis.

The daypart will be repeated at the same time on weekends. Video-game-news
updates will be sandwiched throughout the block, provided by a host to be named
later this summer.

On tap each week will be Gamer.TV, a roundup of video-game activity
across the globe, and Game Sauce, which focuses on current and newly
released titles. Each daypart will program one Gamer.TV and two Game
Sauce
episodes.

To mark the new daypart, GSN will produce an original video-game-scene
documentary and premiere it with the first set of episodes.

"We've been eyeing video games for quite some time, and we were extremely
pleased to obtain these two high-end programs," GSN CEO Rich Cronin said in a
prepared statement. "The market appeals to our younger audience, and it is the
perfect complement for our industry-leading interactive TV."

Gamer.tv is operated by Trans World International, International Management
Group's TV unit, along with Asia-based PCCW Ltd.
