GSN Gears Greed for Interactivity

When Greed bows on Game Show Network Jan. 19, it will sport
interactive elements, the network said.

All 44 episodes of Greed -- the Dick Clark Productions Inc.-produced,
Chuck Woolery-hosted game show that premiered on Fox in November 1999 -- will
run on GSN at 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday nights.

Cable viewers will be able to participate with the telecast by playing along
in real time on their PC or with an 'AOLTV,' 'Ultimate TV' or 'Microsoft TV'
device.

The show's interactivity will be powered by GoldPocket Interactive's
'EventMatrix' technology.

In addition, those who register to play the interactive game on the first two
episodes will be entered in a sweepstakes with a grand prize of $25,000.

Viewers can also compete to rank among the top 25 high scorers on opening
night and win GSN and Sony Corp. of America merchandise, GSN executives
said.

Similar watch, play and win interactive opportunities will continue
throughout the off-net series' run, they added.
