Hallmark Channel original movie A Boyfriend for Christmas set a ratings record for the network.
The film’s Nov. 27 debut scored a 2.7 Nielsen Media Research household rating, placing it at No. 2 in its time period among the 54 ad-supported cable networks, as well as giving it the top spot among adults 25-54 and women 25-54, Hallmark said.
More than 1.75 million households and 3.5 million unduplicated viewers tuned in to the two-hour “Tylenol Exclusive Event,” the network added.
“I am delighted to say that our sponsorship-solutions unit has scored another huge win for a client,” Hallmark executive vice president of national advertising sales Bill Abbott said in a prepared statement.
