Ascent Media Network Services has named Sarah Harden to the newly created post of vice president, strategic development.
Harden had been director, corporate development at AMNS parent company Ascent Media Group.
In her new role, she will be involved in the implementation of strategic initiatives supporting the growth of the division, establishing partnerships and alliances with key businesses, developing new service offerings and exploring geographic expansion opportunities in the United States and internationally.
AMNS specializes in video-distribution services, with facilities in Los Angeles; New York; Stamford, Conn.; Northvale, N.J.; Minneapolis; London; and Singapore.
Ascent Media Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Media Corp.
