Harron Gets $50M Infusion

Boston Ventures said Tuesday that it has invested $50 million in Harron Communications LP.

Harron has some 110,000 cable subscribers in New Hampshire, Maine, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia.

Boston Ventures has backed cable companies in the past, including Continental Cablevision Inc., Falcon Cable, First Carolina and Vista Broadband.
