HBO Marks 'True Blood's Third-Season Debut June 13


True Blood will scare up its third season in June.
The vampire series, starring Anna Pacquin, will bow on June 13 at 9 p.m. The show exploded with viewers during its sophomore run. Factoring in encores, DVR viewing and HBO On Demand showings, True Blood averaged 12 million viewers per episode during its second season, making it HBO's second-ranked series behind The Sopranos.
The Sept. 13 second-season finale bit into 5.1 million watchers in its premiere airing on Sept. 13, 2009.
