FitTV, the network focused on fitness and wellness, is doing themed programming nights, officials said Tuesday.
FitTV’s program lineup varies from providing cooking tips from top chefs to the latest workout routines from fitness experts. Network officials said its goal is to provide something for every viewer looking to live well, eat well and feel great.

The network’s themed nights are: “Get Started Mondays,” healthy cooking tips to kick-start the week; “Transformation Tuesdays,” unconventional workouts to keep things lively; “Living Fit Wednesdays,” experts sharing the secrets of living a healthy lifestyle; “Kick Butt Thursdays,” at-home training from fitness gurus; “Outrageously Fit Fridays,” experts sharing their personal routines; “Custom Fit Saturdays,” everything for healthy living, from workouts to dinnertime; and “Shape Up Sundays,” routines to help shape the mind and the body.
