Health video company HealthiNation is making its videos available to AT&T U-Verse TV subscribers for free in the U-verse TV On Demand library.
The VOD deal, terms of which were not disclosed was announced by the parties last week.
In a separate agreement, independent healthcare ratings company HealthGrades has partnered with HealthiNation to offer videos covering specific health conditions as part of their site experience.
"Whether online or on television, video plays a significant role in educating consumers about important health topics such as swine flu and cancer prevention," said HealthiNation CEO Raj Amin in a statement. "[This] news with AT&T and HealthGrades supports our business strategy and continued commitment to provide our original health videos to consumers in the right context, wherever they are comfortable watching."
HealthiNation's health-focused videos, developed by physicians and media experts, are available to over 40 million unique users online and 28 million TV homes.
