HGTV and DIY have ordered a combined six new series within the home renovation genre, the networks announced Friday.

HGTV’s new shows include Tiny Luxury, which follows builders who create 150 to 440 square feet luxury homes; Rehab Addict: Rebuilding Detroit, which showcases home renovator Nicole Curtis as she helps improve a Detroit community; Two Chicks and a Hammer, which features a mother-daughter home restoration team as they revitalize their Indianapolis hometown; and My Lottery Dream Home; which follows recent lottery winners searching for the homes of their dreams.

DIY greenlit shows include Super Great Rooms, featuring HGTV personality Chip Wade (pictured) as he renovates rooms; and Raise The Roof, with Denver roof contractor Keith Nylund.

“Sustaining our remarkable ratings momentum is our top priority, and we do that by keeping our development pipeline full and executing a flawless scheduling strategy,”  Allison Page, general manager HGTV, DIY Network and Great American Country, said in a release.
