HGTV has extended production for six of its original series, the network announced Thursday.
The network has ordered new episodes of home renovation/modeling series Elbow Room and I Want That, as well as real estate-based show Million Dollar Rooms, said network executives.
In addition, the network has greenlit new episodes of Going Yard, featuring landscape professionals Chris Lambton and Peyton Lambton; and Kitchen Cousins, starring remodelers Anthony Carrino and John Colaneri.
HGTV also has picked up an additional four special one-hour episodes of Celebrities at Home, the network said.
"Some of our most successful shows are those that feature experts who come to the rescue of real homeowners who don't know how to resolve a design or construction problem," said Kathleen Finch, general manager, HGTV in a statement. "Our audiences also love that HGTV provides pure voyeuristic fun with shows that feature fantasy celebrity lifestyle and over-the-top home trends."
