Rico Hill was named vice president of programming and acquisitions for Cartoon Network and Boomerang.
Hill had been executive director, production and development for Nickelodeon Animation.
At Cartoon and Boomerang, he will direct all aspects of programming for both services, including scheduling, on-air event planning and program acquisitions.
Hill reports to Bob Higgins, senior VP, programming and development for Cartoon Network U.S.’ kids’ businesses.
