Aerocast Inc., a start-up streaming company backed by Motorola Inc. and
Liberty Satellite LLC, said it has formed an advisory board, adding former
AT&T Broadband CEO Leo J. Hindery Jr. and United Pan-Europe Communications
N.V. chairman and CEO Mark Schneider.

Hindery is currently chairman of HL Capital Inc., a family-owned investment
and charity organization.

Aerocast, which made the announcement at the Streaming Media West Show in
California, said Hindery and Schneider will help the company to shape its future
direction.

Aerocast sewed up its first technical trial this year with Millennium Digital
Media in Seattle, offering about 30 cable customers there a mix of on-demand
video clips and full-length videos directly to their PCs using Internet
protocol.
