'Homeland' Scores Highest Sunday Delivery with 2.75 Million Viewers

Showtime's Terrorist Drama Averaging Record 6.6 Weekly Watchers

The sixth episode of  Showtime's terrorist drama Homeland proved more positive with viewers than any installment in the show's history.

Homeland counted 2.75 million viewers on Nov. 3 for "Still Positive," edging past the 2.74 million who tuned in for its season-two finale. During its 9 p.m. premiere on Sunday, Homeland captured 2 million viewers, matching the previous week's season high.

Calculating multiple airings and different platforms, Homeland, starring Emmy-winner Claire Danes as troubled CIA agent Carrie Mathison, has averged 6.6 million viewers per week this campaign, a 24% gain from its sophomore run and putting it on pace to become its most-watched and highest-rated season.
