Hewlett Packard will sponsor the third quarter of AMC’s Sunday Morning Shootout.

The half-hour weekly series -- hosted by entertainment-industry veterans Peter Bart (vice president and editor in chief of Variety, a sister publication to Multichannel News) and Peter Guber -- features interviews with producers, directors, writers and actors.

AMC will create HP-branded trivia focusing on technology and movies that will air as bumpers during Sunday Morning Shootout and its primetime programming block.

The agreement also includes tagged tune-ins, billboards, commercials and online presence on the Rainbow Media Holdings-owned network’s Web site (www.amctv.com).

AMC added that HP will also advertise during its primetime daily-movie block Aug. 15-18, with films set to air including The Cowboy Way starring Keifer Sutherland; White Men Can’t Jump starring Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson; Jurassic Park starring Laura Dern; The Last Samurai starring Tom Cruise; and The Fly starring Jeffrey Goldblum.
