High Speed Access Corp. said Wednesday that its board unanimously voted to
liquidate and dissolve the company.

The data-over-cable provider -- which was delisted from the NASDAQ exchange
in July and now trades on the over-the-counter Bulletin Board -- said the plan
awaits shareholders' approval.

HSA received a delisting warning in May because NASDAQ said it was a shell
company.

The company hasn't owned or managed any revenue-generating businesses since
Feb. 28, when it sold its Internet-access assets to Charter Communications
Inc.
