IFC Renews Dinner for Five

The Independent Film Channel announced Tuesday that it has renewed original
series Dinner for Five for a second season.

IFC will produce 13 episodes of the series -- which features actor Jon
Favreau (Swingers, Made) sharing a meal with several Hollywood
personalities -- to premiere during the first quarter of 2003.

The season opener will feature Ben Affleck (The Sum of All Fears),
Jennifer Garner (Alias), Colin Farrell (Minority Report) and
director Kevin Smith (Clerks).

Other stars scheduled to appear during the new season include Carrie Fisher
(Star Wars), Blair Underwood (Full Frontal), Ed Asner (The Mary
Tyler Moore Show
), Ed Begley Jr. (Six Feet Under), Dom DeLuise
(Blazing Saddles) and Peter Falk (A Woman Under the Influence),
the network said.
