The Independent Film Channel will bring back its original series with Henry Rollins under a new name and expanded format next year.
Following a 10-episode first season, monthly review series Henry’s Film Corner will evolve into The Henry Rollins Show starting next March, with a wider array of topics and guests, touching the worlds of film, TV, music, comedy and politics.
Moreover, the weekly show -- 20 episodes of which have been ordered for the second go-round from Swift River Productions -- will feature a musical guest.
In addition, IFC announced that it would be an official sponsor of Rollins’ two-month, 48-show, “25 Years of Bullshit” spoken-word tour. The network will be giving away one pair of tickets per concert date, and it will be promoted on-site at the shows.
