Comcast Spotlight units in Dallas and Atlanta now have Style: E! Entertainment Television’s sister service has become ad-insertable for the MSO’s systems in those DMAs.
With its addition in the nation’s seventh and ninth largest markets, Style is now available to local advertisers, particularly those seeking to reach female targets, through cable systems reaching 15 million homes.
“We’re excited that Style will now be available for local ad insertion in Dallas Fort Worth and expect to see strong support from advertisers wanting to reach one of the most affluent and educated female audiences in television” said Karen Lincoln, vice president, general manager of Comcast Spotlight in Dallas-Forth Worth, in a statement.
“Research shows Style does exceptionally well with upscale, educated women in both the 18-to-34 and the 25-to-54 age groups.”
“We’re pleased to add Atlanta and Dallas to build Style’s insertion subscriber numbers,” said Brad Fox, senior vice president, affiliate relations, E! Networks in statement. “We plan to add more Style insertion markets by Q4 2005 and will soon unveil our plans for special affiliate incentives.”
