Insight Communications renewed its contract for Convergys' billing and customer-management solutions for another three years.
Convergys will continue to supply its ICOMS business support solution to Insight, the 10th-largest MSO in the U.S., which serves more than 760,000 customers in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio.
With Convergys' BSS solution, Insight will continue to collect revenue from video, high-speed data, and telephony customers via a single, cost efficient platform. It will also have the ability to launch innovative new marketing campaigns and targeted advanced service offerings.
