Charter Communications Inc. said it will split the role of chief financial officer between two existing executives as the St. Louis-based MSO searches for a permanent replacement for former CFO Michael Huseby.
In a statement, Charter said it named executive vice president of finance and strategy Derek Chang and senior vice president and chief accounting officer Paul Martin to serve as co-CFOs on an interim basis.
Huseby, who had been executive vice president and CFO of AT&T Broadband, joined Charter in January. He left Charter on Aug. 20 to become CFO of Cablevision Systems Corp.
In a statement, Charter said Chang and Martin will report to CEO Carl Vogel. Charter said it has initiated a search for a permanent replacement for Huseby.
