International Channel Launches Web Tool


International Channel Networks said Monday that it has launched a new
affiliates-only Web tool to help cable operators target ethnic groups.

The new site, called Atlas, gives tips on using grassroots campaigns to reach
multicultural households. The site, at,
also includes a marketing calendar of affiliate campaigns, a list of ethnic
holidays and sample marketing materials for the company's 12 premium
foreign-language networks.

A preview of the site will be available through April 6.
