iO, iO, It's Off to Warwick We Go

Cablevision Systems Corp. extended availability of its iO: Interactive
Optimum digital/interactive-service package to 25,700 customers in Warwick
Valley, N.Y.

That's the third location to get iO, following Long Island, N.Y., and Morris
County, N.J.

The package became available in Warwick Valley July 15, but it was not
publicized until last week, when Hollywood Media Corp. launched Totally Broadway
TV and Totally Hollywood TV, two interactive entertainment networks, in all
three IO markets.

A Cablevision public-relations official confirmed the Warwick Valley
situation at press time.

Cablevision is expected to disclose its latest iO customer count when
second-quarter-2002 results are reviewed during an investor meeting in New York
Aug. 8. More than 24,000 households were taking iO at the end of March, all from
Long Island.

Warwick Valley will get the same iO package and pricing as the other

Hollywood Media -- created by Sci Fi Channel founders Mitchell Rubenstein and
Laurie Silvers -- is negotiating with other cable operators to premiere Totally
Broadway/Hollywood TV in other markets across the country.
