Ion Television has bought all seven seasons of off-net Without a Trace from Warner Bros. Domestic TV.
Deal terms were not disclosed.

The series -- 160 episodes in total -- aired on CBS until last year. The show is from Jerry Bruckheimer Television in association with CBS TV Studios and Warner Bros.

Ion will introduce the series to its air with a marathon on July 5 from 3 p.m. (ET) to midnight. The series will then assume its regular schedule positions the following day: weeknights at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.

In February, Time Warner confirmed that it had taken a $104 million programming writedown related to Turner's airing of the off-CBS series TNT bought the rights to the show from co-owned Warner Bros. TV back in 2003 and began showing the procedural in 2004. The write-own appeared as part of Time Warner's fourth-quarter and full-year earnings.
