J-Com Throttles Up Data in Tokyo

Liberty Media International Inc.-owned Jupiter Telecommunications Co. Ltd. announced plans Wednesday to provide 100-megabit-per-second high-speed Internet service to some apartment buildings and multiple-dwelling units in its Tokyo service territory.

J-Com runs fiber to the building, then uses c.LINK technology from Entropic Communications inside to wire each apartment.
