Internet-TV startup Joost is going Hollywood.
The company signed with Creative Artists Agency, which will aid “its efforts to secure the most compelling and entertaining content for distribution on the online entertainment platform,” Joost said in a prepared statement.
“Joost takes entertainment to the next level through its converged television-Internet platform, offering consumers the best content available via a superior interface," CAA head of business development Michael Yanover said in a prepared statement.
"CAA will provide Joost with greater access to programming through our relationships with networks, studios, record labels, artists and independently controlled content libraries,” he added. “We are proud to play an important role in the development of Joost.”
