E! Entertainment Television announced Monday that its 'Hit the Hot Spot with
Kahlúa Sweepstakes' will begin Tuesday and run through mid-July.
Entry forms will be available this spring and summer at point-of-purchase
displays in stores, bars and restaurants where Kahlúa products are sold, as well
as the E! and Kahlúa Web sites, said E! senior
vice president of marketing Stephen Croncota and senior brand manager Kevin
McCarthy at Allied Domecq Spirits USA, Kahlúa's importer, in the joint
Six winners and their guests will visit the Isle of Ibiza, off Spain, for one
week this fall, the companies said.
E! will run promotion spots with Talk Soup host Aisha Tyler and
promote the contest with a special, Wild on Ibiza, later this year. Other
Wild on. specials will include coverage of the 'Kahlúa Kollective Beats
Tour' as of mid-June.
Kahlúa, meanwhile, will use radio, print, in-store signage and its Web site
to call attention to the sweepstakes.
