On-air talent from Home Box Office and Showtime will combine to bring
pay-per-view watchers coverage of the June 8 heavyweight-title fight between
Lennox Lewis and Mike Tyson.

HBO's Jim Lampley will provide the blow-by-blow of the card from The Pyramid
in Memphis, Tenn., at 9 p.m. He will be joined by Showtime analyst Bobby Czyz,
while Jim Gray (Showtime) will supply ringside reporting. James Brown (HBO) will
serve as host.

Behind the cameras, Showtime executive producer and HBO Sports executive
producer Rick Bernstein will oversee and coordinate the live production.

In an unprecedented move, the parties are working together on the mega-fight,
which carries a suggested retail price of $54.95, the highest-ever for a single
PPV event. In Demand L.L.C. will distribute the fight to a record 50 million
households.

Industry officials are hoping Tyson-Lewis will generate significant
buy-rates, as the event side of the PPV business has been starved for a major
boxing match.
