Larry Oliver, vice president/group publisher at Multichannel News and Broadcasting & Cable parent Reed Business Information
Television Group, resigned on Tuesday.
Oliver will join VNU Business Media, where he was named vice
president of integrated sales for the Billboard Group.
Executive vice president Charlie Koones noted the following in an
internal e-mail:
'For the past nine years Larry's dedication and leadership have
helped steer Broadcasting & Cable and Multichannel News to
their positions at the forefront of their markets. He has an important force
both internally and externally and I know he'll be missed.'
Oliver's final day with the company is Friday, August
29.
