The Southern California chapter of Women in Cable & Telecommunications pushed back its LEA Awards event by one day.

The event -- which honors outstanding work by women in the cable and telecommunications industries -- has been rescheduled to Oct. 20 at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Among the winners: Janice Arouh, senior vice president of Hallmark Channel, who will be honored as “Lifetime Achiever,” and Bridget Farley, director of affiliate relations at NBC Universal, who will be lauded as the group’s “Woman of the Year.”

Additionally, Cable Positive will, for the first time, be the event’s nonprofit beneficiary of funds raised during the evening’s silent auction.
