The Comedy Central Roast of Denis Leary was seen by 3.25 million viewers,
making it the most watched Roast of the six the network has produced and
the most watched non-South Park program in the channel's history.
The Roast, which debuted Aug. 10, earned a 2.5 Nielsen Media Research
rating in persons 18-49.
The 90-minute special, produced in association with Apostle, also helped
Comedy to the second-highest-rated Sunday in network history.
Encore presentations are scheduled to air Thursday at 2 a.m., Friday at 12:30
a.m. and Saturday at 11:30 p.m. and 2:30 a.m.
