Fox News Channel CEO Roger Ailes is bringing his longtime communications lieutenant with him for his new roles at Fox Television Stations and Twentieth Television.
The company said Tuesday that it promoted Brian Lewis to executive vice president, corporate communications for Fox Television Stations. Lewis, who worked for Ailes years ago at CNBC, joined Fox News prior to its launch in 1996. He has been senior VP of corporate communications for Fox News since 2000.
Fox said Lewis will oversee corporate communications and public relations for the television and online divisions of Fox Television Stations, in addition to the TV, radio and online sectors of Fox News. He’ll report directly to Ailes as a senior adviser.
