Lifetime Networks Tuesday named Josh Sabarra as its new senior vice president of corporate communications and publicity.
In this new role, Sabarra will lead the team responsible for publicizing all Lifetime Networks’ programming, properties and initiatives, and will oversee the organization’s talent relations.
“With comprehensive media relations and marketing experience in theatrical motion pictures, home entertainment and corporate positioning, Josh brings an unparalleled, strategic perspective to our operation,” Meredith Wagner, Lifetime Networks’ executive vice president of public affairs and corporate communications, said in a statement. “Lifetime continues to expand as a brand in terms of programming and reach, and Josh’s background and energy are certain to advance that momentum.”
Most recently, Sabarra was senior vice president of marketing communications and publicity for New Line Home Entertainment where he worked with the division to publicize and market home entertainment releases and liaised with New Line Cinema’s theatrical department to integrate public relations activities.
